Quantum Trader is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may experience interruptions. Use at your own discretion.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quantum Trader ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Beta Service

Quantum Trader is provided as a beta service. This means:

  • The Service may experience downtime or interruptions
  • Data loss may occur; users should maintain their own backups
  • Performance and reliability are not guaranteed

3. No Financial Advice

Quantum Trader is a tool for backtesting and analyzing trading strategies. The Service does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made at your own risk.

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Backtesting results may not reflect actual trading conditions

  • We are not responsible for any trading losses

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Trader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. During the beta period, accounts may be modified or reset as needed for development purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
